poor communication skills soft bed
the breakfast was acceptable , but it became busy on the weekend.
the front desk lacked good communication skills . also , my room was not seaside , overlooking the service area , i found this unpleasant. the bed was very soft , it caused back pain , and i couldn't sleep well.

lovely beachfront bliss!
really good breakfast equipped gym amazing staff pristine beach
I totally loved the breakfast buffet. So much variety and the quality was fantastic. the gym had everything i needed, like a commercial gym, squat rack, smith machine. dumbbells up to 50 kg. the staff were amazing and allowed early check-in and late check-out and the butler service was really helpful. They even tidied our room while we had dinner! the beach was very nice, pristine, and perfect.
the pools were a bit chilly, due to windy weather, slightly disappointing. it would have been even more awesome if the pool was warmer!

The room was amazing and featured a king bed, a sofa bed, and a balcony to relax on. the bathroom was spacious, very clean and included high-end toiletries. It elevated my experience. i appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the room.

This hotel has a prime beachfront position. It offers direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. the convenience of walking from my room directly onto the soft sand was awesome.

breakfast variety pool staff uncomfortable bed cleanliness issues
I really enjoyed the breakfast. The variety was amazing, and everything tasted so good. the family pool staff were very nice. They were always offering fruit kebabs, ice lollies, and even sunscreen.
The bed in my room was not comfortable at all. It was too soft and caused me some back pain. i also had some concerns about cleanliness because i saw a cockroach in my room.

nice food cute staff
the staff were very cute and accommodating. we had a really nice time with my family. the food was also very nice, i must add. i will definitely come back to celebrate important family occasions.

the hotel offers a great location near beach life and activities. the area has two pools, one is for adults and the other is for families. i liked the beautiful view and the friendly people.

The team was very attentive and helpful with all requests. Everyone was friendly. i was welcomed in a heartwarming and elegant way. mrs sana and mrs haydi ensured i had a nice visit.

the hotel is immaculate. the beautiful pool area has amazingly turquoise water at the beach. there is also a champagne ceremony in the evening followed by a fantastic dinner buffet, we loved it.

my room was spacious. it had everything, even a nespresso coffee machine. the big bathroom and comfortable beds are great and deserve mentioning, and there was a nice view of the sea.
